Stamp “2015” on the Dark Blue card with Versamark and sprinkle with Gold embossing powder. Heat with Heat gun.
Die-cut a champagne bottle and cork from the scrap of white card.
Colour the bottle and cork using Copic markers.
Add Glossy lacquer to the bottle to give it a glass-like appearance.
Attach the bottle to the tag using ds foam tape and attach the cork using ds tape to the top left corner.
Using the glossy lacquer draw some lines or swirls coming out of the neck of the bottle and sprinkle with tiny stars from the glitter tubes. Allow to dry and shake off the excess stars.
Die-cut the Falling Stars from gold card.
Cut sections from the die-cut to place coming out of the bottle and cut some stars from the die-cut piece to randomly place on the top of the tag using Glossy Lacquer to adhere.
Cut 4 free-hand 3 cm circles (doesn’t need to be exact) from the Dark Blue and Green card. Starting anywhere on the outside of the circle cut slim spirals leaving and small circle at the end.
Attach the spirals to the underneath of the top of the tag using Glossy Lacquer.
Hope you enjoy this project and can use the tag on a bottle for the host of your New Year’s Party (or anytime for that matter).
